However, from time to time we may also sell **physical goods**. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled for both. * * * ## Services ### Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, you must contact us as soon as possible at **info@pbcleaning.uk**. - Cancellations made **48 hours or more** before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or reschedule. - Cancellations made **within 48 hours** of the appointment may be charged in full, as time, staffing, and equipment will already have been allocated. Missed appointments where access is not provided are non-refundable. ### Service Issues If you believe a service has not been carried out to a satisfactory standard, you must notify us **within 48 hours of the service being completed**. Where appropriate, we may: - Arrange a return visit to rectify the issue, or - Offer a partial refund at our discretion Claims raised after this period may not be accepted. Services affected by factors outside our control (including weather conditions, existing damage, surface condition, or structural issues) are non-refundable. * * * ## Physical Goods ### Returns Where we sell physical goods, **UK consumer law applies**. You have the right to cancel and return most items **within 14 days of receiving them**, for any reason. To be eligible for a return: - Items must be unused and in their original condition - Items must be returned in original packaging - Proof of purchase is required To request a return, contact **info@pbcleaning.uk**. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. ### Non-Returnable Items - Used items - Custom or personalised goods - Perishable goods - Hygiene-sealed items once opened - Sale items and gift cards * * * ## Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us **within 48 hours of delivery**. We will offer a replacement or a full refund in line with UK consumer law. * * * ## Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within **10 business days**. Banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact **info@pbcleaning.uk**. * * * ## Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
