# Shipping Policy

## Overview
PB Cleaning Solutions primarily provides services. However, where we sell physical goods, this Shipping Policy applies. This policy applies only to physical products and does not apply to booked services.

## Order Processing
Orders for physical goods are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

## Delivery Methods and Times
Delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates. PB Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services
- Weather conditions
- Customs or border delays
- Events outside our reasonable control
## Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

## Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

## Incorrect Address Details
It is your responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

## Lost or Delayed Orders
Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. If your order appears delayed or lost, contact info@pbcleaning.uk and we will assist.

## Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

## Title and Risk
Ownership and risk for physical goods pass to you once the order is handed to the delivery carrier.

## Contact
If you have any questions regarding shipping, contact us at info@pbcleaning.uk.
