# Shipping Policy

PB Cleaning Solutions primarily provides **services**. However, where we sell **physical goods**, this Shipping Policy applies. This policy applies **only to physical products** and does not apply to booked services.

Orders for physical goods are typically processed within **1–3 business days** of payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates. PB Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

If your order arrives damaged, notify us **within 48 hours of delivery** and provide clear photographic evidence. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Ownership and risk for physical goods pass to you once the order is handed to the delivery carrier.
