## Service Bookings

### Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@pbcleaning.uk.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may be refunded or rescheduled without charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be charged in full.
- Missed appointments where access is not provided are non-refundable.
### Deposits
Where a deposit is required:

- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking.
- Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date at our discretion.
## Physical Goods

### Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order for physical goods before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. If an order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

## Subscription or Repeat Services
If you are on a recurring or repeat service arrangement:

- Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled service.
- Failure to give sufficient notice may result in the next service being charged.
## Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, staff availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.
