This policy explains how cancellations are handled for different purchase options. * * * ## Service Bookings ### Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, you must contact us as soon as possible at **info@pbcleaning.uk**. - Cancellations made **48 hours or more** before the scheduled service may be refunded or rescheduled without charge. - Cancellations made **within 48 hours** of the scheduled service may be charged in full. - Missed appointments where access is not provided are non-refundable. ### Deposits Where a deposit is required: - Deposits are **non-refundable** if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the booking. - Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date at our discretion. * * * ## Physical Goods ### Order Cancellation You may cancel an order for physical goods **before it has been dispatched** by contacting us as soon as possible. If an order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. * * * ## Subscription or Repeat Services If you are on a recurring or repeat service arrangement: - Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled service. - Failure to give sufficient notice may result in the next service being charged. * * * ## Circumstances Beyond Our Control We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, staff availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
